总是搞不清
高筋面粉,中筋面粉,低筋面粉,自发面粉
plain flour , bread flour, cake flour, hong kong flour
到底有什么分别
于是上网找到了答案
高筋面粉 = bread flour
中筋面粉 = multi-purpose flour, plain flour
低筋面粉 = cake flour, hong kong flour, self-raising flour (自发面粉)
自发面粉里加了发粉(baking powder) ,所以不需要再加发粉
